INTRODUCING NEXT GENERATION FEATURES WITH FUSIONPRO+

Form, functionality and flexibility are the key
attributes of
Zandar's
next generation product, the FusionPro+.
Available in December 2005, this latest addition gives
MultiViewer users more choice and higher performance as it extends
Zandar's
product range to the most extensive in the world.
The
FusionPro+ is
the very latest exciting development in a long line of MultiViewers
from a stable of successful and renowned products, dating back to
1995. This next generation range of multi-source display processors
represents an evolution of technology providing users with better
form, functionality and flexibility.
Form: to accommodate
different user configurations there are two form factors for
FusionPro+, a
1RU version giving 8 scalable windows and a 3RU version for 26
channel operation. Video input is modular and on easily accessible
front-loading cards. User display configuration is now provided via
the all new Z-Configurator Layout Configuration software whilst
remote control is over RS-232, RS-422/485 or LAN, for ease of use
and integration.
Functionality:
FusionPro+,
accepts all common video formats including composite, YC, SDI,
HD-SDI, RGBHV, DVI, and audio. Standard features include
support
for UMDs, tallies,
clocks and timecode. Supporting resolutions up to W-UXGA and 1080p,
this next generation product delivers class leading image quality,
advanced down-scaling, smooth zooming up to full screen, layering
and window manipulation. Designed for mission critical applications,
FusionPro+ has
optional dual redundant power supplies, video, audio and system
fault detection and alarming.
Flexibility:
the Series is highly modular with a choice of plug in processing
cards enabling users to combine formats - video, data, and audio
- in one system. At the core of the new line is a new Display
Processing Engine, capable of extremely high resolutions and video
wall functionality to create images that are clearer by design for
LCD, Plasma and front and rear projection displays, up to and beyond
HDTV standards.
Unique:
this exciting new range has some unique next generation features
such as the ZdH
Zandar
dual Head option. ZdH
enables FusionPro+
users to drive two displays at once, configured
as a virtual monitor wall. Any source can be displayed across this
monitor wall, even spanning the two displays in the wall, for true
video wall functionality, providing unprecedented control,
redundancy and cost savings.
FusionPro+ combines form,
functionality and flexibility as never before, capitalising on the
pedigree and success of its predecessor, giving users more choice
and even higher performance.
