HARMONIC TO RESELL ZANDAR VIDEO MONITORING SOLUTIONS

Dublin, 19th April 2005 - Zandar Technologies, a leading technology
innovator, and Harmonic Inc., a global leader in digital video and

telecom and wireless operators, today announced that Harmonic will
resell the Zandar Technologies MultiViewer systems as part of its
system offering.
Both companies have a large worldwide installed base amongst whom
they count some of the most visionary and prestigious broadcasters.
The closer working relationship will allow both organizations to
address market changes even more effectively, ensuring optimum solutions
in dynamically changing markets.
Harmonic has worked extensively with the Zandar DX and FusionPro
Series equipment in the past and this new agreement allows the company
to address its customers’ requirements for MultiViewer systems
more effectively and provide a more integrated set of business solutions.
