ZANDAR INTRODUCES NEW PRODUCTS TO US SECURITY MARKET

Zandar
Technologies, a leading innovator in the design and development of
high quality multi-source display and management solutions, will be
introducing several new products to the international security
community during its participation at the ASIS International Seminar
and Exhibits, September 12-14, 2005, in Orlando, FL at Booth #118.
The
company, which has already achieved international success, is
introducing its newest security solution, the Predator VC16
MultiViewer - to the
United States
market. The
Predator VC16 MulitViewer is a high quality, real-time, full-motion
Multi-Source Display Processor that can process both analog and
computer sources in extremely high quality for viewing on high
resolution displays.
Zandar
has
applied its expertise developed in the highly demanding broadcast
and professional video markets, to offer superior image resolution,
modular design and flexibility in an integrated interface to monitor
multiple video and data sources. The multi-image output drives large
screen displays with crystal
clear images from multiple sources and creates a virtual monitor
wall eliminating the need for costly, difficult to monitor display
stacks in the control room.

Unlike the current range of available
multiplexers and DVRs, the Predator VC16 seamlessly handles 16 video
inputs (including composite and s-video) and manipulates them for
display on a single large screen using a projector or display
device. The MultiViewer processes information in full motion and in
real time, producing high resolution images of up to UXGA (1600 x
1200 pixels). Enhanced viewing for operators is achieved and the
MultiViewer eliminates the restrictions of desktop viewing commonly
associated with CRT monitors.
Screen layouts can be flexibly managed to meet
the requirements of virtually any security system. Network control
software can be utilized for larger control rooms where more than
one Predator VC16 MultiViewer is installed and requires centralized
control. Designed for future expansion, unlike multiplexers or
screen-splitters, the unit can be expanded to add four additional
composite video or S-video channels or four RGB HV or DVI computer
graphic inputs. Up to 20 sources can thus be monitored.
Security
