IBC, Amsterdam – September 2003: Pixelmetrix
and Zandar Technologies collaborate to provide an integrated total
monitoring system that will make its debut at IBC this year. With
Pixelmetrix’s innovative preventive monitoring tools and Zandar’s
state-of-the-art display solutions, these complimentary offerings
will provide the flexibility and reliability that service providers
need in this digitally converging environment.
Zandar’s FusionPro is an advanced display solution for managed
monitoring. It is a combination of a high-quality multi-window display
and powerful image processor. It is a flexible tool that carries
a range of plug-in processing cards and associated i/o, enabling
users to combine input formats including analog video, SDI, computer
and HD. Optional software like the Z-Manager that allows multi-system
configuration control, Dual Output Display and in-picture audio
monitoring of analog (AES/EBU is provided by plug in cards and SDI
embedded audio) will be making its debut at IBC. Options also exist
for UMD/Tally and hot-swappable front-loading redundant PSU.

About Fusion Series MultiViewers
The Fusion Series is a multi-window display processor designed to
accurately render multiple video and computer graphics sources to
high-resolution displays. The Fusion Series currently supports resolutions
up to SXGA (1280 x 1024) or UXGA (1600 x 1200) with pristine image
quality achieved through a combination of 10 bit RGB outputs, an
advanced video processing engine and dynamic phase adjustment for
accurate pixelmapping.
The Series is founded on a modular architecture consisting of a
range of plug in processing cards and associated i/o, enabling users
to combine input formats - analog video, SDI, HS-SDI and computer
- in the one system.
User display configuration is provided via Z-Editor Layout Editor
software, supplied as standard. Remote control is over RS-232, or
RS-422/485, while multi-system control is provided by our Z-Manager
software. FusionPro supports in-picture audio metering and dynamic
UMD and tally status display. the StudioPro advanced monitoring
module comes with Analog/Digital clock display, enhanced graphics,
alarm logging and network control over LAN.
