NEW PREDATOR HD12 & HD16 MULTIVIEWERS ON THE LOOSE!

Zandar Technologies, a leading
innovator in the design and development of high resolution
image processing and control systems, announces the introduction of
the Predator HD12 and HD16 MultiViewer solutions.

the most complete, end-to-end monitoring and dynamic control
systems, Zandar has further strengthened the Predator Series range
to cater for the seamless display of pristine quality HDTV and SD

Packaged
in a compact 2RU, the two new additions complement the Predator HD4
and HD8 MultiViewers now available and presently being used in
various forward-thinking broadcasting, production and audio visual
installations worldwide.
Able
to accept up to 12 or 16 inputs, the new MultiViewers include an
impressive set of operational features that can be simply operated
over a LAN network including audio and video monitoring, UMD and
tallies, automatic aspect ratio management, auto-sensing of HD-SDI
and SDI inputs (up to 1080p) as well as clock display.
In-picture embedded audio metering and alarms are also
included.
Various
control options comprise Z-Configurator layout editing software for
quick and seamless arrangement of inputs on a display device, on
screen display (OSD), GPI, and the ZRP Zandar remote panel.
System set-up and configuration can also be achieved manually
by using the front panel On Screen Display (OSD).
Supported protocols include RS232/422 and TCP/IP.
For
the presentation of images over more than one display device, Zandar
offers the ZdHT Zandar Dual
Head display capability. ZdH
allows one system to drive one or two displays, as independent
displays or configured as a single virtual monitor wall with
spanning capability Mode
switching between single or dual output is simple and a host of
common display resolutions are supported.
This cost effective feature caters for display redundancy,
and provides greater flexibility.
Recent
project successes of the Predator HD Series of Multiviewers
include Switzerland's largest TV production company, tpc, who has installed multiple
Predator HD4 MultiViewers to drive an impressive and innovative
large production monitor wall inside their HDTV OB truck.
